Day 19
I had a wonderful day. I woke up to a phone call from my sister asking me if I wanted to see my step nieces perform. They were performing at the Solano County fair. So we got ready and left for the fair. The fair isn't what it used to be. I remember the fair being packed and being there all day and not being able to see everything. The fair this year and years before that was very plain. It wasn't worth the $10 to get in or the $10 parking but I was there to see my nieces perform. And with that I had a wonderful time. One of my best friends came to the fair and also watched my nieces perform. In that was worth the $20 to get in. After they performed I went home. I took a nap and woke up when my best friend (who came to the fair) got to my house. She had my God baby with her. I love spending time with my God daughters. I don't see them often but when I do they bring joy into my heart. I am honored to be called their Nina/auntie/God mom/Titi/etc. My God daughter was having so much fun with my little cousin who lives with me. She didn't want to leave. I told her she can come by anytime to come play. I didn't get a goodbye because she doesn't like saying goodbye but she knows I love her and she's welcome at my house anytime.
Until next time!

Day Eighteen-August 3, 2013
Day 18
After waking up from a wonderful night out, I had to get up for family reunion. I love seeing my extended family. We get together so much fun. But with every family there's ups and downs but it's not the ups and downs that defy us it's how we deal with the ups and downs that makes us who we are. I love my family thought my heart and will we get together there's nothing but love that gets passed around

Day Seventeen-August 2, 2013 read with caution... Very graphic... Real-life stuff for quads! Able-bodied people might be grossed out!
Day 17
The day started off normal. Did my normal morning routine but once I was getting ready to get my hair done I knew something was wrong. My goosebumps never lie. Being a quad I can't use the restroom like able-bodied people. I need some type of stimuli to go number two. So after my daily routine will get everything done including number two I knew something was up when I got goosebumps. Goosebumps could be multiple things but mainly it's when I'm about to have an accident (poop myself). Normally when I have accidents it's hours after I do number two and I have no control over it. Luckily I was home and I didn't have an accident but I knew was coming. So once again I had to cancel therapy due to my irregular bowel. But at least it wasn't a nasty cleanup.at the end of the day/night I went out with one of my best friends. We went barhopping. The first bar was Stephano's. I ran into a few my uncles haven't seen in a while. It was good to see their faces. The next bar was the H lounge. One of my good friends is a bartender I love it there. All in all I had fun. We should do it at least once a week.

Day Sixteen- August 1, 2013
Day 16
I slept mostly all day. Watch True Blood. I got my live scan done for school. Being a quadriplegic with tight fingers and trying to get fingerprints done is one of the most difficult things I've done in the past three years. That was my day.

Day Fifteen-July 30, 2013
Day 15
My day started off wonderfully. I got a phone call from Medi-Cal saying that they approved my standing frame. All my hard work, dedication, and time has paid off. I'm not sure when I'll be getting the standing frame but I do know that I'm getting one for sure. I never gave up on what I wanted. I'm always optimistic. I could've gave up when they denied my frame but I fought for what I wanted/needed and won. I was so excited when I got the phone with Medi-Cal. What I think my physical therapist for help me through the process.
The next part of my day was spent at my sister's house spending time with her lovely dog Lupe. Lupe loves her auntie Sissy. Chilling with me on my lap while we watched my mom using a Rototiller on my sister's yard. Getting it ready for grass. Some might say that manual work should be done by men but in my family the women do a better. To all you men who think that women shouldn't do manual work, need to get out of the 1950s income to the 21st-century. Anything a man can do, a woman can do it better.
Once we got home my day became very lazy. I ended my day watching movies on Netflix.
Once again I had a day with Beauty and the Beast stuck in my head. Song after song after song!

Day Fourteen -July 29, 2013
Day 14
Today I finally got my doctors appointment for my hip. The doctor ordered x-rays which will be done sometime this week. After my appointment I relaxed at home and watch TV all day. I've been keeping up my, but had a little slipups here and there. After 14 days of my blog I think I can do this everyday. It makes me reflect on my thoughts and my actions throughout the day.
Like I said in the earlier post, if you have any question about my life, all you need to do is leave a comment and I'll answer you. Any person with disabilities want to know anything, ask me anything, or even vent about anything feel free to e-mail me at Crountree104@gmail.com . Hope to hear from you soon.

Day 13
so my day starts off really late. I was so tired from the night before. I went to church came home and had the longest nap. I've been watching the series True Blood. I started watching it the fourth season. So I've been catching up starting with season one. That's what I did for the rest of night. It was a lazy day
